Cancel
Customers will have 1 hour after checking out to hold the order to make adjustments or cancel the order.

Returns
Due to the personalized of our products for each customer, we do not accept returns.
Replacement Or Refund Requests:

How to Request a Replacement/Refund:

- Awaiting Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
- Approval Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will evaluate the provided information and photos/videos. If the replacement or refund is approved, we will process it promptly. For replacements, we will begin crafting your new item immediately. For refunds, please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
Sale Items:
Kindly be aware that only regular-priced items qualify for refunds or replacements. Sale items, designated as such at the time of purchase, do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Failure to Deliver or Return to Sender:
Different situations, such as inaccurate address details, customer refusal to sign for delivery, or orders returned to the sender, will involve specific protocols. In these instances, additional shipping charges may be incurred for reshipping the order. If reshipping is not feasible, a partial refund may be issued, excluding the original shipping costs.
