SHIPPING POLICY

Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted.

2. Transit Time:
   After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. The estimated shipping time is listed below for each shipping method.

• Holiday and peak seasons: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, it may take additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Customers will have 1 hour after checking out to hold the order to make adjustments or cancel the order.

Due to the personalized of our products for each customer, we do not accept returns.

For replacements, we will begin crafting your new item immediately. For refunds, please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
