SHIPPING POLICY

Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted.

To estimate when you can expect your order during regular seasons, please consider the following factors:

1. Handling time:
   After your payment is authorized and verified, the handling process will begin. This usually takes 3-4 business days, depending on the product you purchased.
2. Transit Time:
   After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. The estimated shipping time is listed below for each shipping method.

Please note:

• Holiday and peak seasons: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, it may take additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our Policy on Cancellation & Return/Refunds/Replacement Policy.

Cancel

Customers will have 1 hour after checking out to hold the order to make adjustments or cancel the order.

Returns

Due to the personalized of our products for each customer, we do not accept returns.

Replacement Or Refund Requests:

If any problems arise with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your item’s arrival (as indicated by the courier tracking system) to request a replacement or refund. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.

Scenarios for Replacement Or Refund:

We provide replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

1. Poor Quality: If the product fails to meet our quality standards.
2. Significant Difference from The Approved Design: If the item differs significantly from the design you approved.
3. Defective/Incorrect Orders: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product.
4. Delivery Damage: If the item sustains damage during delivery.
5. Undelivered Orders: If the package is not delivered within the expected timeframe and is confirmed lost by the courier.

How to Request a Replacement/Refund:

To request a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos and videos of the product and its packaging.
3. Awaiting Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
4. Approval Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will evaluate the provided information and photos/videos. If the replacement or refund is approved, we will process it promptly. For replacements, we will begin crafting your new item immediately. For refunds, please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
